The Commons Club: Perfect for groom prep photos and editorial-style flash photos. I love putting one partner up on the bar with a glass of whisky or champagne!
Oculus Lounge: This gorgeous lounge is perfect for shots down, shots up, walking shots, and playful shots. Afternoon tea runs in here on Saturday afternoons, so you may not be able to get this laying down shot if all tables are occupied.
The Scarlet Lounge: Brimming with plush red tones, the Scarlet Lounge cocktail bar is ideal for flash-heavy, editorial style couple’s photos. The bold colours and Insta-worthy decadence are sure to get the festivities started.
The Library: You can’t go wrong with a cozy library shot. There are plenty of cosy chairs to cuddle up in.

Starting around £145 – £155 per head for 2024 – 25, couples get inclusive of wedding planning services, red-carpet arrival, toastmaster, half-bottle wine, three-course meal, and stationery items (menus, plans, and cake stand).
Greyfriars Hall room hire is approximately £1,500, and the venue has a range of packages, which can include (check with Virgin Hotels for the most accurate costs)

Insider tips
Include time for a few photos in the Common’s Club pre-ceremony, before it opens to the public. On Saturdays, the Oculus Lounge hosts afternoon tea during set hours. You may not be able to get the laying down shots from above if all the tables are occupied. If you want to get photos in Greyfriar’s Hall from above, use the balcony!
