These photos are works of art! We had such a wonderful experience with Alysa, who is easy to work with, engaging, and incredibly talented! We eloped in Scotland and wanted to capture the day that we exchanged our vows in order to share with family/friends, and Alysa exceeded our expectations. We had planned a very small wedding in Edinburgh and as we are from in the South of England, we had no local contacts to use (it was also a secret so we couldn't even ask friends for recommendations!!). We did some Googling and research on Instagram and came across Alysa. Straight away we fell in love with her style of photos - they were very natural and authentic and didn't look overly posed. She manages to capture the special moments which translate beautifully in a photo. I messaged her and she came back straight away with details, pricing etc and we set up a Zoom call to chat through our ideas. What an incredible experience it was with Alysa! Months before the shoot she was able to provide location suggestions for us, as we were visiting Edinburgh for the first time. She was attentive and communicative the entire process. She immediately knew the tone and aesthetic we were going for and was able to guide us in the right direction.
The day of the shoot, she chose an easy to find location to meet up. Right away, her presence was warm and friendly. We immediately felt comfortable and even during a short shoot we felt at ease and were able to try a variety of concepts! We are normally fairly self conscious in front of the camera, but due to Alysa, this shoot was FUN. It was a great romp around old Edinburgh!

I was travelling from India and came across Alysa's website. Her communication from the beginning was on point and the replies were always prompt. She understood really well how I wanted the portraits to be and she did a wonderful job with that.
